The Allshred Services Team
Every employee of Allshred Services has
undergone extensive training in the security
procedures we enforce to protect your data.
Willie Geiser, President and CEO
Willie has been helping businesses, industry and governmental agencies safeguard their proprietary information for 19 years.

He is a long-time member of the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID), the international trade association for the information destruction industry. He has served in many capacities with the organization over the years, including one term each as the President and Vice President of the Board of Directors, and a total of seven years on the Board of Directors. He also served as the Annual Conference Chairperson for the 1999, 2000 and 2004 Conferences. He is currently the chairperson of NAID’s Certification Rules committee, which is in the process of revising and strengthening the secure shredding standards in the U.S.

Because of Willie’s long time devotion to NAID, and the secure shredding industry, he was awarded NAID’s President’s Award at the 2005 Annual Conference, only the second time the award has been given out.

In addition, Willie (and the rest of the Certification committee) was presented the NAID 2005 Member of the Year Award for their efforts to strengthen the certification program. 

Willie was recently awarded the Ernst & Young 2005 Entrepreneur of the Year award for the Central Great Lakes region in the business services category and was in contention for the Ernst & Young National Entrepreneur of the Year award.

He is also a member of the American Society for Industrial Security, and currently serves as the Treasurer of the Toledo chapter. He is also on the Church Council of the Providence Lutheran Church, which he and his family attend.

Willie is happily married to his wife Karen and enjoys spending time with his children, Kyle, Ryan & Nikki. He especially enjoys time spent at Mullett Lake, MI and playing softball and the occasional round of golf.
Tom Huth, Senior Vice President of Operations
Tom is in charge of the overall operations and security of the company. A recognized expert in the facilities and security industry, he has 19 years of industry experience. Tom has been instrumental in the development and design of Allshred’s new state of the art shredding facility. 

Tom married his high school sweetheart after dating for six years. They have been married for twenty-one years and have three beautiful girls (Lea, Tara, Jena,). Lea is 15, Tara is 13, and Jena is 4. Tom enjoys golfing and spending time with his family. His daughter Tara was one of two girls that played football for the Bedford Lions. She caught 6 touchdowns in two seasons. Lea takes tap dancing and jazz, and is a very good dancer. As for Jena, she is taking tap dancing for the first time – and loves it! Our family loves to travel to Florida every Thanksgiving to visit Grandma.
Patrick Feeley, Logistics Manager
Patrick is in charge of logistics for Allshred Services. He has 12 years experience in the trucking industry and is responsible for all routing procedures within the company.

Patrick met his wife Melanie here in Toledo, Ohio where he was born and raised. They have a beautiful daughter named Madison. Patrick enjoys golfing, fishing and spending quality family time at the lake.
Staci Bailey, Sales Manager
Staci has 21 years of customer service, marketing and sales/account management experience and has a Bachelors in Marketing from the University of Toledo. She is responsible for managing our customers’ day-to-day needs on an on-going basis.

Staci has a 13 year old son, Dane, who loves school and loves playing hockey, where most of their time is spent. Dane and Staci love to participate in all kinds of sports together like: skiing, basketball, tennis, football, riding wave runners, biking, and fishing and of course hockey. They also have 2 cats at home, Phoebe & Ophelia.
Susie Joyner, Marketing Coordinator
Susie is a graduate of the University of Toledo where she received a Bachelors of Education and a Bachelors of English Literature. She is responsible for the development of overall marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, promotional campaigns and the administration of the company website.

Susie is happily married to her husband Jeremy and enjoys spending time with her family and watching Ohio State football.
Steve Hawes, Information Security Consultant
Steve has 20 years of sales and customer service/account management experience. Steve is responsible for new sales initiatives as well as on-going account management.

Steve is the commander of a Veterans of Foreign Wars post. He also enjoys spending time with his family, especially hunting and fishing in the great outdoors with his son Kyle.
Stephanie Collins, Information Security Consultant
Stephanie has a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Art Education from Ohio University. She has 10 years experience in business to business sales and education. She is responsible for new sales initiatives and ongoing account growth. 

She is married with a beautiful 2 year-old daughter, Ari, and 3 stepdaughters, Fallon-14, Eleanore-13, and Hope-8. Stephanie enjoys designing anything, reading, and traveling anywhere.
Melanie Feeley, Information Security Consultant
Melanie has 15 years of Customer Service, Marketing and Sales/Account Management experience and is responsible for new sales initiatives as well as on-going account management.

Melanie has been married to Patrick for 11 years and they have a beautiful daughter Madison, who loves soccer. They have 2 Jack Russell Terriers: Pickles and Bandit. Melanie enjoys spending time with her family, helping with Madison’s soccer team, golfing and spending time at the lake.

Joni Sorrell, Human Resource Manager
Joni has a Bachelors of Business Administration and a Bachelors in Human Resources from Lourdes College. She is responsible for all duties related to human resources. Joni assists our logistics and operations departments in making sure all of our operations meet and exceed industry standards set forth by NAID. Joni has 8 years experience in customer service and account coordination. 

Joni enjoys reading and spending quality time with family and friends. Joni and her husband Roy enjoy traveling, fishing and spending time at the lake. They have 3 cats, Cricket, Smedley and Radar who are spoiled rotten.
Katherine Gunderson, Customer Service Manager
Katherine has 17 years of customer service experience, 10 of which have been in management. She also has experience in command center/traffic control, corporate training, sales/continuous improvement strategies and directing and implementing various operations teams. She is responsible for the day to day management of the customer service area, the coordination between all departments on process improvement and efficiency and maintenance of customer account database.

Katherine is happily married to her husband Corey, together they have 4 beautiful boys, Travis - 14, Gage - 13, Corbin - 11 and Dane - 9. They also have 2 wonderful dogs Luke, a black Lab/Dalmatian mix and Maggie, a Wiemaraner. The boys are very active in football, baseball, basketball and wrestling, their busy schedules keep the whole family very involved! The family also enjoys traveling to South Dakota and Minnesota to visit family.
Chris Smith, Customer Service Representative
Chris has 13 years of customer service experience and has spent several of those years in sales and marketing. She is responsible for scheduling, account maintenance and day to day customer service.

Chris has 2 wonderful children. Madison is 7 years old and Colin is 4 years old. They both love playing T-ball, riding bikes, and pestering each other at any given moment. They have two cats, Alex and Steve and one gold fish that insists on living.
Diane McCree, Customer Service Representative
Diane has 6 years of customer service experience and graduated from Owens Community College in 2006 with an Associates Degree in Business Administration. Diane is responsible for scheduling, account maintenance, and day to day customer service.

Diane is happily married to her high school sweetheart. Diane loves shopping, spending time with friends and family, traveling and spoiling her two cats: Ike and Tina.
Nicole Wright, Accounting Manager
Nicole has 14 years of customer service and management experience. Nicole is responsible for maintaining all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable. 

Nicole is married and has two wonderful boys that keep her very busy. She enjoys reading, writing, and spending quality time with her family. Nicole is continuing her education at Lourdes College.
Lindsey Halstead, Marketing & Sales Assistant
Lindsey has 5 years customer service experience and graduated from Owens Community College in 2005 with an Associates Degree in Digital Media Technology. Lindsey is responsible for assisting the marketing and sales departments with the creation and development of all projects.

Lindsey has one son, Colston. She also loves traveling, shopping and scrapbooking. She has a dog named Bristol and a cat named Cabo.
Karen Adams, Administrative Assistant
Karen joined the Allshred team in 2008. She is the director of first impressions and is responsible for administrative office tasks and data entry. 

Karen enjoys spending time with her 6- year-old twin daughters Jessica and Megan. They love going to the zoo, swimming and spending time with family and friends.

Jennifer Lumm, Accounting Clerk
Jennifer joined the Allshred Team in 2005. She is responsible for accounts receivable. 

Jennifer is a fabulous baker and brings in very tasty treats to share from time to time. She loves traveling, reading, photography, spending time with family and recently took up knitting

Bud Chatfield, Warehouse Manager
Bud joined the Allshred Team in 2003. Bud is responsible for managing the warehouse operations and assists with maintenance duties.

Bud is happily married to his high school sweetheart and they have 1 daughter together. He enjoys spending time with his German Shepard, playing poker and watching NASCAR and is a big Earnhardt fan. Bud also enjoys taking his 1978 Trans AM to car shows and riding his motorcycle in the summertime.
Jeff Lehmann, Facilities Security Officer
Jeff is responsible for all facility security measures related to materials, equipment and our state of the art building. Jeff ensures that your material is shredded and handled securely from beginning to end. Jeff is also responsible for all facility, truck and equipment maintenance; ensuring our equipment meets specific shred requirements at all times. Jeff has been with Allshred for 6 years.

Jeff enjoys spending time with his 2 children, drag racing, and boating. He and his wife enjoy riding motorcycles together and taking their 1970 Plymouth Duster out for a spin.
Yoda, Our Grand Poohbah
Yoda has been with Allshred since 2002. He is responsible for rodent control and greeting the staff as they arrive to work every morning.

Yoda enjoys taking long naps and perching in the windows to watch the birds outside.
