Willie
Geiser, President and CEO
Willie has been helping businesses, industry and governmental agencies safeguard their proprietary information for over 20 years.
He is a long-time member of the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID), the international trade association for the information destruction industry. He has served in many capacities with the organization over the years, including one term each as the President and Vice President of the Board of Directors, and a total of seven years on the Board of Directors. He also served as the Annual Conference Chairperson for the 1999, 2000 and 2004 Conferences. He served as the chairperson of NAID’s Certification Rules committee from 2004-2007 and played a major role in the revision and strengthening of the secure shredding standards in the U.S.
Because of Willie’s long time service to NAID, and the secure shredding industry, he was awarded NAID’s President’s Award at the 2005 Annual Conference, only the second time the award had been given out.
In addition, Willie (and the rest of the Certification committee) was presented the NAID 2005 Member of the Year Award for their efforts to strengthen the certification program.
Willie was awarded the Ernst & Young 2005 Entrepreneur of the Year award for the Central Great Lakes region in the business services category and was in contention for the Ernst & Young National Entrepreneur of the Year award.
He is also a member of the American Society for Industrial Security, and currently serves as the Treasurer of the Toledo chapter. He is also on the Church Council of the Providence Lutheran Church, which he and his family attend.
Willie enjoys spending time with his children, Kyle, Ryan & Nikki, and going to their many activities. He especially enjoys traveling and playing softball and the occasional round of golf. |

Tom
Huth, Senior Vice President of Operations
Tom is in charge of the overall operations and security of the company. A recognized expert in the facilities and security industry, he has 22 years of industry experience. Tom has been instrumental in the development and design of Allshred’s new state of the art shredding facility. Tom recently served as the 2009 NAID Conference Chair and is currently serving on the NAID board of directors.
Tom married his high school sweetheart after dating for six years. They have been married for twenty-three years and have three beautiful girls (Lea, Tara, Jena,). Lea is
17, Tara is 15, and Jena is 6. Tom enjoys golfing and spending time with his family. His daughter Lea takes tap dancing and jazz, and is a very good dancer. Tara is very active in sports and plays basketball and softball for Bedford High School. As for Jena, she is taking tap dancing and playing basketball-and loves it! Our family loves to travel to Florida every Thanksgiving to visit Grandma. |

Staci
Bailey, Marketing Manager
Staci has 25 years of marketing, sales/account management and customer service experience. She has a Bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of Toledo. She manages the overall company marketing directive and works directly with sales to develop initiatives to bring in new sales.
Staci has a son, Dane, who is in high school and plays hockey. Besides hockey, Staci and Dane enjoy other sports such as golf, skiing, snowboarding, biking, roller blading, basketball and football. They also are big Michigan & Detroit sports fans. Their cat Ophelia provides the entertainment at home.

Sara Rybaczewski, Marketing and Sales Assistant
Sara joined the Allshred Services team in July of 2011. She has 7 years experience in design and marketing and is responsible for developing new marketing strategies and assisting the sales department with their day to day operations.
Sara enjoys spending time shopping and traveling with her family and friends. |

Kevin Cole, Sales Manager
Kevin brings over 30 years of industry experience to Allshred Services, literally growing up in the information security industry having started in it when he was 16. Kevin's diverse background includes having held various positions in logistics, customer service and account management, sales, plant operations in addition to senior management positions throughout his career.
Kevin has been happily married to his wife Barb for more than 20 years and they have two great kids - Samantha, 19 and Steven, 15 - in addition to Bailey, their Brittany Spaniel. Kevin enjoys playing tennis with daughter Sam, a round of golf with his son Steve (or anyone else who want to go!) in addition to spending quality time with "the fam," especially on summer vacations to Northern MI or anywhere that is warm in the winter. |

Steve
Hawes, Information Security Consultant
Steve has 25 years of sales and customer service/account management experience. Steve is responsible for new sales initiatives as well as on-going account management.
Steve has been very heavily involved with the Veterans of Foreign Wars for over 20 years; serving as Post Commander 3 times as well as District 1 Commander (Northwest Ohio). He also enjoys spending time with his family, especially hunting and fishing in the great outdoors with his son Kyle. |

Ed Cassidy, Information Security Consultant
Ed joined Allshred Services in October 2011. Prior to joining the Allshred Team, Ed had great success in the highly competitive office products industry where he had managed and sold for 15+ years and earning multiple trips to Presidents Club. Ed is also a veteran of The United States Army having served in Operation Desert Storm. Ed attended Findlay College and the University of Toledo.
For over 21 years, Ed has been happily married to his high school sweetheart Angie. They have two children – Nathan 22, and Cheney 19. Ed enjoys fishing and golfing as well as spending time with his family and friends. |

Bill Aiken, Inside Sales Representative
Bill has worked for Allshred for over Five years; starting in the warehouse then moving to a driving position and then getting a promotion in to the sales department. He is excited about his new transition into sales. He will be responsible for all inside sales and assisting the outside sales consultants.
Bill has been happily married to his beautiful wife for over two years; they are expecting their first child in March. Before expecting their first child, he enjoyed boating on Lake Erie, golfing in his Wednesday night golf league, and following his favorite sport teams. |

Joni
Sorrell, Human Resource Manager
Joni has
a Bachelors of Business Administration and a Bachelors
in Human Resources from Lourdes College. She is responsible for all duties related to human resources. Joni assists our logistics and operations departments in making sure all of our operations meet and exceed industry standards set forth by NAID. Joni has 8 years experience in customer service and account coordination.
Joni is happily married to her husband Roy and has a daughter, Riley. They enjoy traveling, fishing and spending time at the lake. And as soon as Riley is walking, Roy hopes she will be joining him in a tree stand or ground blind. They also have 3 cats, Cricket, Smedley and Radar who are very good at creating havoc at home.

Patrick Feeley, Logistics Manager
Patrick works closely with customer service to manage the daily activities and routing of the drivers. He is responsible for coordinating the service and delivery of all containers. Patrick has over 20 years of customer service and Logistics management experience.
Patrick is happily married to his wife Melanie. They have a wonderful daughter Madison and 2 Jack Russell Terriers, Pickles and Bandit. Madison keeps them very busy with soccer, triathlons, track, choir, theater, dance, etc. When not attending one of her activities, they enjoy spending time at the lake, swimming, fishing, water skiing, bike riding, golfing and spending time with family and friends. |

Lindsey
Orlando, Customer Care Supervisor
Lindsey has 8 years customer service experience and graduated from Owens Community College in 2005 with an Associate's Degree in Digital Media Technology. Lindsey is responsible for scheduling, account maintenance, and day to day customer service. She is also responsible for assisting the marketing department.
Lindsey is happily married to her husband Paul. They have a very active three-year old son, Colston. She also loves traveling, shopping, reading and spoiling her Miniature Pinscher, Bristol. |

Devon V’Soske, Customer Care Representative
Devon has 11 years of customer service experience and graduated from the University of Toledo with a Master’s of Business Administration specializing in International Business in May 2010. She is responsible for scheduling, account maintenance, and day to day customer service.
Devon enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her cat, Goldie. She enjoys hiking, biking, camping, running, adventure travel, and basically anything that will get and keep her in the outdoors. |

Tammy Wehrle, Customer Care Representative
Tammy has been happily married to her best friend, Joe for 6 years after dating for 5 years. She has one 23 year old son Adam who also works at Allshred Services in the warehouse. Tammy has 3 step children, Alex who is 18 and is away for her 1st year of college at Eastern Michigan, Hunter is 16 and she is a junior and Jaxon is 15 and he is a sophomore at Bedford High School.
In Tammy’s spare time she enjoys riding Harley’s with her husband at Bike Rally’s, camping and relaxing around the fire pit while spending time with friends on a nice evening. |

Nicole
Wright, Accounting Manager
Nicole has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Lourdes University. She has 21 years of customer service and 15 years of management experience. Nicole is responsible for maintaining all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Nicole is married and has two wonderful boys that keep her very busy. She enjoys reading, writing, and spending quality time with her family. |

Karen
Adams, Accounting Clerk
Karen joined the Allshred team in 2008. Karen has 15 years administrative and customer service experience. She is responsible for inventory, invoicing and various banking procedures.
Karen enjoys spending time with her 10- year-old twin daughters Jessica and Megan. They love going to the zoo, swimming and spending time with family and friends.
