Off-Site Shredding (Scheduled Service Program) At Allshred Services, we make document destruction both convenient and secure every time. Our off-site shredding process is used by 99% of our customers. That’s where an Allshred security driver will pick up the confidential materials at your location and transport it back to our state of the art facility where the material is sent through our double shred process, creating a crosscut effect. Allshred Lockbox Program (Scheduled Service - Total Waste Shredding Program) This document destruction program is designed for bank branches of varying sizes. Using the Allshred Lockbox program, all paper material that is thrown away is placed into opaque bags. All bathroom and lunchroom waste is emptied into black bags. Black bags are placed in the outside container each night. Opaque bags are taken to the outside container after the retention period expires. Cardboard boxes can also be placed in the container after being flattened. After bags are placed in the outside container, the container is locked. On a scheduled day our drivers pick up all of this material. On-Site Document Destruction (Scheduled Witnessed Paper Shredding Program) This process is similar to off-site document destruction except that the shredding services are completed at your facility with a specially built mobile paper shredding truck. The MDS-25GT truck can shred more than 3,000 lbs/hr. and is a hands-free secure shredding process.  The material will be destroyed beyond recognition, reconstruction or readability and the shreds will be brought back to our secure shredding facility where it will be baled and shipped to a secure paper mill to be recycled. Scheduling Options
At Allshred Services, we have flexible service options for your unique document destruction needs including scheduled pick-ups and periodic clean-outs. We can pick up material as often as you decide is necessary. The great majority of our clients have scheduled pick-ups, ranging from daily to weekly, biweekly, and monthly. You don’t have to worry about your containers overflowing or remembering to call for service; we just show up on the scheduled date. We are also available for periodic purges and clean-outs of old records.

The professionals at Allshred will transport your materials to our secure shredding facility. There, we shred the material not once, but twice, by a 150-hp shredder, then by a 125-hp shredder, giving the material a cross-cut effect. This means all material is completely destroyed beyond recognition, reconstruction and readability. Our machines can handle as much as 15,000 pounds per hour in a totally hands-free process.

The shredded material, if it is recyclable paper, will then be baled and shipped to a paper mill to be pulped and re-manufactured into reusable paper products. If the material is not recyclable, the material will be securely disposed of. Allshred Services does not, and will not, sell our paper to packaging companies for use as packing material. This is an additional safety check to ensure that the confidential material does not become public knowledge.
