All of our security personnel have undergone rigid background security checks, according to NAID Certification standards, which include felony records, a social security number trace, a motor vehicle report, seven years employment references, and a drug screen prior to their employment with Allshred Services. We also require a pre-employment credit check and randomly drug test 50% of our employees throughout the year. What is NAID?

We offer a variety of locking containers for your sensitive documents. All material is transported in totally enclosed, locked trucks. The locked trucks have a security feature that includes an in-cab alarm that prevents the door from every being left open. In addition, our trucks are all outfitted with GPS tracking equipment. We know where our trucks, and your material, are at all times.

Our secure shredding facility, which has been called “The Fort Knox of the Shredding Industry” is surrounded by a locked barb wire fence and is fully-alarmed with motion sensors and infrared beams and monitored 24-hours a day, seven days a week by an off-site security company. Anyone not employed by Allshred Services must be accompanied by an Allshred Employee at all times.

A state of the art 16-camera digital closed circuit video camera system monitors all parts of the building at all times, and as required by NAID, all monitoring data is maintained for 90 days.

Allshred Services tracks all of our trucks using the latest in GPS technology. We know where our trucks, and YOUR material, are at all times. This allows us to be more efficient at scheduling, routing and planning current and future runs. Learn more about our GPS tracked trucks >

Your material is completely obliterated by our double shred process, baled and shipped to paper mills to be hydro-pulped and made into reusable paper products. It is NEVER sold as packaging material. If it is not recyclable, it is securely disposed of.

We have very strict security procedures for all of our personnel. Every one of our personnel has undergone training on what we expect of them at all times. They understand the responsibility we have been entrusted with by our clients and what it takes to maintain that trust.

Our security procedures also pertain to any visitor to our secure destruction facility. All visitors are immediately signed in. The sign-in process includes the visitor’s name, company affiliation, the time they enter and leave the building, taking a copy of their driver’s license, and the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement. We then issue them an ID badge to wear while in our secure destruction facility.

After all that, all of our personnel are bonded with a $1,000,000 Employee Dishonesty policy, backed up with a $1,000,000 Professional Liability policy. However, we work very hard to make sure it doesn't come down to that.
