RELEASE Willie Geiser Named 2005 NAID Central Great Lakes Region Entrepreneur of the Year |

| (Maumee, OH) – Willie Geiser, President & Chief Executive Officer of Allshred Services, received the Central Great Lakes Region Entrepreneur of the Year for 2005. At a black tie dinner sponsored by Ernst & Young on June 9, Willie was awarded the 2005 Entrepreneur of the Year for the business services category. He will now be in contention for the National Entrepreneur of the Year award to be named in Palm Springs, CA on November 19, 2005. Upon receiving the recognition, Willie commented, "it is the staff at Allshred Services that have made the company successful; I would like to thank the entire team and accept this award on their behalf." Under his leadership, Allshred has grown into one of the largest privately-held document destruction companies in the United States. Allshred Services is a 16-year old, privately held secure shredding company based in Maumee, OH. Allshred is a member of the National Association for Information Destruction and has been awarded its prestigious “AAA” Certification award due to Allshred’s intensive security procedures. |
