Fun St. Patrick's Day
Facts
According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the highest number of leaves found on a clover is 14!
St. Patrick's real name was Maewyn Succat and he was born in Scotland (not Ireland) around 385 A.D.
Since 1962, the city of Chicago started dyeing the Chicago River green on St. Patrick's Day. Originally it stayed green for a week, but to lessen the effect on the environment only enough vegetable dye is now used to make it green for a few hours.
St. Patrick's Day isn't a big drinking holiday in Ireland. In fact, many of the local pubs are closed for the day.

Bacon Jalapeno Poppers Submitted by:Diane McCree
Customer Service Representative
Fry bacon in pan until cooked through but still chewy. Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise, seed, and then cut each half in half so that you have 4 quarters. Fill each jalapeno with a spoonful of Allouette cheese. Wrap stuffed jalapeno with half of a slice of bacon. Separate crescent rolls into individual triangles then cut each in half making 2 triangles. Wrap 1/2 crescent roll around bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeno. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until golden brown.
